Part 4: Use Me
Oct 4, 2026 • Chris Cannon
After we sin, we may wonder whether God can still use us. Psalm 51 reminds us that His answer is yes. David’s response to forgiveness and restoration was not to remain trapped in shame, but to let God use what he had learned. He committed to teach others about God’s grace, worship the Lord with renewed joy, cultivate a humble and repentant heart, and desire God’s goodness for others. God does not want empty religious actions; He desires hearts that are surrendered to Him. Though repentance may not remove every consequence of sin, God is gracious to forgive and restore. His grace can redeem even our broken places and use our stories to encourage others.
