What is the role and responsibility of leadership within the local church? Leaders determine the direction of the church by influencing people's view of reality. As individuals and as a church body, we live our lives from our view of reality – what we perceive to be real for our lives. This determines the direction that we take as a church and as people. And this determines our destination.
